Text Box: The Tent Tellers Tell Truth Tales

Text Box: Isaiah 60:1

Text Box: JESUS     DIED        JESUS    LIVES         JESUS     POWER         JESUS    GIVES
Text Box:      “When this earthly tent we live in is taken down– When we die and leave these bodies– we will have a home in Heaven, an eternal body made for us by God himself and not by human hands.” II Corinthians 5:1 NLT
Part of Arise Ministries is tent tales. We have christen the Lords tent with its own name. Henceforth the tent will be called “Phillip”. Phillip the evangelist (Acts 8:35) “Phillip” goes inside the prison walls and fences in Kentucky. He has witnessed many inmates receive the Lord Jesus Christ as personal saviour. He has seen inmates blessed in many ways.
“Phillip”  also drives his stakes and lifts his canvas canopy in many communities. He has evangelized at the Madison County Fairgrounds, Big Lots (Somerset), Pomida (McCreay County), Danville, Russell Springs, and Pineville.  The summer stories of     salvation, sanctification, healing, and deliverance would warn your hearts through the long winter months. There is a time to sow and a time to reap.
“Phillip” is 80 feet long and 50 feet wide. Takes 12 men about 3 hours to get him ready to go. We have about 300 chairs, a platform, a pulpit, and an altar placed inside. Ready for action, The “Tent Tellers” are the preachers of the gospel, Woe is me if I preach not the gospel. The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection. Larry and Mike are “Tent Tellers.” Many others called by God also proclaim good news under the tent.
Tellers tell truth tales. The truth is Jesus. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life and no one will come to the Father but by Him. Ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free. Where the spirit of the lord is, there is liberty. You see the tent is all about Jesus Christ. All of history is about Him. History is His-story. That’s why the calendar marks this year as being 2003. It’s 2003 because of Lord Jesus Christ.
“Phillip” wants you to know God loves you, and He sent is only son. He is ready to come to your community. Those men who come with him will tell the truth about  Jesus. He is the King of Kings, and the Lord of Lords.
In the meantime don’t drive your tent stakes too deep We’re leaving soon. When the Blessed Hope (Titus 2:13) becomes a glorious reality the Methodists, Baptists, Presbyterians, and all others who are born again will shout again. Be ready. Why not practice shouting before he returns?  Well Glory!
