Prison Pals

     The Arise Prison Team continues to grow. Up to seventeen men and women go with us monthly. All volunteer with joy. We need your help.

     You can pray. Pray for the inmates, the guards, the wardens, and for us. You can go in person. Let us know if interested. You can give. Regular monthly or yearly gifts are welcome. We depend on friends and partners donations to carry the Gospel behind the concrete wall, barbwire fences, and cold steel bars. We receive no offerings and no government help. Our Heavenly Father provides through the kindness and generosity of His Children.

     We go every month to two prisons. We give hundreds of dollars worth of donated items to the inmates every month. We spend the entire day with them. We pray in their cells, eat in their cafeteria, and worship for two hours in the chapel. The other prison is a monthly two hour worship service (including Thanksgiving Day). The entire month of July we are involved in Tent Revivals within the prison grounds of 4 Kentucky Penitentiary's every year. 

     Larry is a trained, volunteer chaplain, with a prison I.D. badge. Larry received two weeks of additional, intensive training in 2003.
